As this celebration year comes to an end and we look back on the fabulous events that have taken place, it’s time to plan the culmination event.
To finish the year in style, Rugby has been chosen to host one of the official Provincial events under the presidency of one of the Provincial rulers.
We have secured the services, for one night only, of a chef from Coombe Abbey, who along with our own team will produce an exceptional six-course, fine dining menu, we will be showing highlights of the celebration event from The Albert Hall and be entertained by Stringfever.
The program for the evening will be as follows;
6.45pm Prosecco and canapes reception
7.30pm Dinner to be served.
Amuse Bouche - Mini tomato and red pepper soup with a cheese straw
Starter - Griddled watermelon, melon pearls, thyme, honey & yoghurt dressing
Main course – Textures of lamb, lamb sauce, feta and rosemary crumble
- Appropriate vegetables & potatoes.
Pre-dessert - Autumn fruit jelly
Dessert - Apple tart, calvados cream, apple crisp.
- Cheese & biscuits, apple, celery and Port
- Coffee and chocolates
Entertainment throughout dinner will be an acoustic set from Stringfever and following dinner a full electric set.
For those who are not aware, Stringfever are a quartet who have appeared with Graham Norton on the BBC and we have been very lucky to secure their services.
10.30 Evening to conclude
The cost for the evening will include the drinks reception, full menu, port with cheese and the entertainment. Menu alterations can only be for dietary requirements.
Wine will be available for purchase.

The event will be Black tie for Gentlemen and cocktail dresses for the ladies.
