The Provincial Grand Master's Message
Freemasonry is an ancient and honourable institution; its tenets, teachings and
the standards of morality expected of its members were set more than 300 years
ago.
Today it continues to be a force for good and tranquillity in a world where divisions and tensions are ever present. Critics and detractors for the whole of the period that Freemasonry has existed have painted a picture of Freemasons as men of evil indulging in conspiracies against society and always advancing their own interests to the detriment of others. These wholly unjustified and untrue allegations have caused hurt and offence to Freemasons and their families.
Freemasons are proud of their membership and have nothing to hide. We in Warwickshire have embraced with unqualified enthusiasm the opportunity to use this exciting medium to further our policy of openness and increasing public awareness.
It is my earnest hope that those who are Freemasons and those who are not will make extensive use of this site and gain a better and more informed knowledge of this wonderful Order.
