The Order of "The Royal and Select Masters", sometimes referred to as "The Cryptic Rite" was founded in England in 1873, having been introduced from America.The Ceremonies belonging to this Order bridge the gap between the Mark Degree and the Holy Royal Arch and complete the Ancient Circle of Freemasonry and the Hiramic Legend. The Order is open to all Craft Freemasons who are members of the Royal Arch and Mark Degrees.
