HRH THE DUKE OF KENT VISITS WARWICK

On Thursday 13 December 2018, the Grand Master, HRH The Duke of Kent in his capacity as President of the Scout Association, formally opened the new jetties at the Headquarters of the 2nd Warwick Sea Scouts in St Nicholas Park, Warwick on the River Avon. 

To represent the Warwickshire Freemasons, the Provincial Grand Master along with the Provincial Grand Charity Steward, W Bro Geoff Walker and the Provincial Grand Secretary, W Bro Mike Reeve along with W Bros Peter Round and Steven Price representing the Warwick Masonic Rooms were invited to attend the event. 

On a chilly but sunny day, the jetties were opened with all due pomp and ceremony and afterwards, the Provincial Grand Master presented a cheque for £1,000 to Janette Eslick, New HQ Fundraiser towards the next phase of the ‘Building a Future’ project.
